The Iowa Hawkeyes were chewed up like a piece of gum by Penn State. The Nittany Lions held Iowa's offense to less than 100 total yards and forced 4 total turnovers. James Franklin's squad also had 45 minutes and 27 seconds of possession. Penn State quarterback Drew Allar once again had a turnover-free game as he threw for 166 yards and 4 touchdowns. The defense also had 3 sacks and forced 7 punts and 6 fumbles (4 of which were recovered). Iowa has to go back to the drawing board and prepare for Michigan State, while Penn State will likely go undefeated entering their showdown with Ohio State. In my analysis of this game, I explain that I think Penn State Football is likely an elite team this year, even if they don't win the Big Ten.
