The No. 1 Nittany Lions start the year with a 71-match winning streak, which is the longest active one in college wrestling. The record for wins in a row is 76, and head coach Cael Sanderson's team continues its pursuit of that mark against the Sooners.Roger Kish enters his third season as the Oklahoma head coach. As Sanderson notes, the Sooners had plenty of success in the transfer portal this offseason. Two of the newcomers, Rafael Hipolito (from Virginia Tech) and Peyten Kellar (Ohio) are top 20 portal additions, per InterMat.
