Pennsylvania Affiliate Nexus Tax Law is enacted as the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue asserted state law dating to 1971 requiring sellers who have sales agents or use warehouses in Pennsylvania to collect its sales tax on deliveries to Pennsylvania residents.
