Pensioner Flat Allocation, International Historians Conference, Jump Around Gib

from Gibraltar Today

Action for Housing has welcomed the allocation of 44 pensioners flats at the newly opened Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Mews but also expressed some concerns. Henry Pinna, Zohra El Gharbaoui, and Alfred Porro will be in the studio explaining their concerns over the recent allocation of pensioner flats. It's National Week, and we asked what the youngest in the community think about National Day. An international conference of the Association of Latin American and Caribbean Historians is taking place this week. Local historian Richard Garcia told us more about the event. We also speak to one of the young artists involved in Jump Around Gib. Christian Chipolina is part of the group of students from Bayside School who came together to paint a macaque sculpture as part of the colourful trail of monkeys dotted around Gibraltar.
