The report states that after much investigation, the pentagon is making the statement that there is no evidence of a reverse engineer program, or any evidence of alien life although they did not use the term NHI once in the report. The claim is to discourage whistleblowers from coming forward. It says as much in the report that because this is now top-secret government programs, whistleblower should think twice before speaking up for risk of incarceration.there was a response from the UAP community.
