from Metabolic Wellbeing without the BS · host Martin Gillespie

Send us Fan MailDr Becky Howie is a medical doctor with 20 years of experience and has been a GP for the last 15 of these years. Throughout her career, she has observed a decline in the general physical and mental health of her patients, despite the huge advances in medical science. About 10 years ago, after observing this trend and seeing illness in her own family, she embarked on a journey to learn more about how our lifestyle impacts our health, well-being, energy and longevity. As a scientist at heart, she was keen to understand the evidence behind it all. She went on to become a board licensed Lifestyle Medicine doctor, and has since incorporated this learning into her day-to-day NHS practice. She introduced group consultations in menopause and made lifestyle discussions an integral part of consultations.  Her passion lies in assisting mid-life patients and clients with their health and wellbeing. Becky has now founded her own business, Maldod Life, to provide clients with an opportunity to improve their health and well-being in a supportive and empowering environment. This episode delivered by Unicity, the global supplement to assist in metabolic wellness.  To order, see, https://ufeelgreat.com/gbr/en/p/unimate-selectSupport the showMetabolic Wellbeing Without the BS is more than a podcast—it’s a growing global movement.
