Former two-time boxing heavyweight champion of the world, Shannon Briggs, joins the show today. He's had 60 wins, 6 draws, and just 1 loss over his career with 53 KOs. After moving to Florida about 20 years ago, Mr. Briggs lives near Miami in Pembroke Pines and will be debuting (as soon as all of this is over) in his first bare-knuckle fight. We chat about why he is shifting toward tackling a new division of fighting and how he's adjusting his training in the age of coronavirus--especially in light of his particular health concern. Then, we'll get into how he's used the ring to overcome the many difficulties in his past and how he's looking toward the future and training others. Plus, he shares the story of getting roped into filming Bad Boys II with Will Smith in the mean streets of Miami.   Things with Coronavirus are moving so fast.
