People pleasing around the Holidays (or after!)

Today I talked about the difference between people pleasing and service. We serve out of love and gratitude, but we are people pleasing when we do it with resentment and obligation. I gave three examples of ways that people can easily start people pleasing around Christmas time. I talk about why we do it and how we are the only people we can control so we get to decide how we want to show up and can't decide that for anyone else. Unfortunately this didn't publish when I wanted it to. I decided to still publish it even though the Holidays are over. Hopefully you can still get something out of it!
