One of the things that I see a lot is that owners of online stores want to hide behind their brand, they don't want to show their face. I've seen some business owners actually hire someone else to be the face of the brand, and not only is this really costly, but it's actually inauthentic. As an eCommerce marketing coach and holistic marketing strategist, I've seen firsthand the power of authenticity in marketing. People buy from people they know, like, and trust. When businesses are authentic, they connect with their customers on a deeper level and build trust and loyalty.
