People's income are not keeping up with the cost of living crisis says debt advisor

More people are looking for ways to reduce costs and bring down their debts. That's according to the organisers of the Salvation Army's budget course - that helps residents struggling to pay their bills come up with a spending plan.  Eight participants completed the course with debt experts finding people's income is not keeping track with the cost of living crisis.
