Welcome to today’s PEP Talk – KISS – Episode #33. Since it is February, I thought I would keep with the theme of Valentine’s Day. Even though this PEP Talk is not directly discussing the theme of love, it is all about assisting you in following through with goals/tasks/responsibilities. From my perspective, I would consider that a way of loving yourself because you are minimizing stress in your life.
