Pep Talk - That Lonely Middle of the Night Feeling

from Moms Working Overtime · host Alanna Hellman

"I'll never sleep again"Have you ever felt this way? Well if so, you're certainly not alone. As moms, we hear all of the things - to "sleep when the baby sleeps," or "just let them cry it out," or "chug some caffeine - you're fine!"Easier said than done when you're not the one up all hours of the night, seeing each hour on the clock. Moms lose sleep for so many reasons and it can often feel like it's our responsibility to handle the late night wake-ups. Somehow, despite the level of exhaustion we feel, we still wake up the next morning and make the magic happen just like we always do in motherhood.  That's mom strength right there. The late night hours can feel incredibly lonely, and that's why today's episode exists. I'm here to remind you that you're NOT alone, and that you were perfectly designed for these challenging days. And of course, mama...you're doing an amazing job. Support the showLet's connect on social media!
