PEP Talk – The Disconnection Syndrome – Episode #16

from Pep Talks

Welcome to today’s PEP Talk – The Disconnection Syndrome – Episode #16. I am expanding upon our discussion from March’s PEP Talk Podcast, Trickery of the Food Industry – Episode #13, as well the podcast from October 2019, Curiosity versus Fear – Episode #8.   In this month’s PEP Talk, I describe the Disconnection Syndrome as defined by Drs. David and Austin Perlmutter. I truly believe we are experiencing a disconnection epidemic in our society where divisiveness is at an all-time high. What is so exciting, about what the doctors describe, is our ability to decrease anger and hatred by taking care of our health.   Please take a few minutes to listen to today’s PEP Talk – The Disconnection Syndrome – Episode #16, and I encourage you to do one thing today purposefully to attain true PEP for life.
