✨Pep Talk Wednesdays | Affirmations for Letting Go: Finding Light in ‘Release.’ Embracing Self-Worth and Self-Compassion. Unleashing Your Inner Strength on Your Healing Journey.

from Affirmations for Black Girls · host Tyra The Creative

No one ever said letting go and surrendering to your path was easy, but it is well worth it. On the other side of releasing what no longer serves you is inner peace, joy, and healing. In this episode, Tyra shares 25 affirmations for learning to let go. What are you holding onto that’s no longer serving you? Have you learned to release and let go? Let these affirmations be your guide. 25 Affirmations for Letting Go I am ready to accept that I have to move on.  I am ready to put my past behind me.  I release relationships that no longer serve my highest good. I will take deep breaths and let go of all stress and worry. I will free my spirit to find love and friendships.  I will not hold on to regrets or things I can no longer control.  I release the past and and embrace the present moment  As I forgive myself, it becomes easier to forgive others.  I have made peace with my past.  My mind is set free.  The things I went through do not define who I am.  I release all self-doubt. I am free to be me.  I forgive myself for any regrets that I have been holding on to. I am focused on the present.  My mind is clear of distractions.  I choose how I feel, and I feel amazing.  I let go of what no longer serves me  I trust God’s plan for my life. I forgive myself and others for situations that have caused me pain. I breathe freely without constraints.  I’m done beating myself up for what has happened in the past.  I have control over my thoughts and what I allow myself to focus on.  It feels good to let go of control and go with the flow.   I give myself permission to let go.
