from Lil Stinkers
You ever hear a dog tale from a cat man? I guess there's a first time for everything. This good boy was handed a life sentence when he was only one year old for killing a cat. FALSLY ACCUSED! He had an inmate number, mug shot, they took his paw prints, the whole nine yards. Really though, he was there to catch rats and boost inmate morale. FREE PEP!
