I 43 miliardi di investimenti annunciati da Ursula Von der Leyen, non sono sufficienti nemmeno per evitare un ulteriore declino dell'industria europea dei semiconduttori.Per i microchip occorrono macro-investimenti, non minestrine riscaldate, con ingredienti già precedentemente stanziati e annunciati in pompa magna un anno fa dalla vicepresidenta della Commissione Ue, Margrethe Vestager, e dal commissario per il Mercato interno, Thierry Breton come prova questo comunicato Ansa del 12 marzo 2021:https://www.ansa.it/europa/notizie/sv...Insomma la Presidenta della Commissine ha tirato fuori dal cassetto il cosiddetto Digital Compass, (sottotitolo: the European way for the Digital Decade) inviato al Parlamente Europeo il 9 marzo 2021 e che accumulava polvere nei mega contenitori che fanno la spola mensile tra Strasburgo e Bruxelles.Tra l'altro peccato la produzione globale raddoppierà sul serio in termini assoluti grazie agli investimenti previsti nelle altre economie. Pertanto ui in percentuale, se la produzione (in valore aggiunto in Europa raddoppiasse la quota di mercato resterebbe fissa al 10%.
