How we perceive ourselves, others and our experiences, creates the reality we live in. If our perception is not coming from a clear, as objective as possible, lens, we can paint a very different reality that is based on a false story and limited belief vs the truth that is before us. Basically, if we’re not perceiving things from a place of love, kindness towards ourselves and self-worth, we may create a lot of unnecessary suffering. The invitation is to be curious about how you perceive yourself and how that may differ from the feedback you’re receiving from others. And that goes both ways btw.
