A tape from Perceptive Audio. It looks like they were a mixtape service based in S.F. that made tapes for bars/clubs. This one is labeled The Bolt, which was a bar that was located in the South of Market area in San Francisco. The back of the tape box has an area where the bartenders would write the date and time that the tape was played. This tape represents the soundtrack of The Bolt in 1976.
