My guest today is Owen Satterley, Owen has been coaching for 20 years. Over the last 15 years, and in his most recent roles, he has worked with youth, senior, international and professional athletes. Prior to that, he worked in the entertainment and corporate health industries, spending time working in London, Australia and New Zealand as a fitness consultant. He currently works as the performance coach for the Formula 1 engineers at Mercedes-AMG-High Performance Powertrains.
