Performance Slumps in Sport

In this episode Paul will discuss some well-known performance slumps in sport from over the years and great falls from grace. Paul will discuss some of the following - what defines a performance slump in an individual athlete or a sporting team and some reasons for performance slumps such as physical, psychological, behavioral problems, environmental influences, techn8ical difficulties, problems with coach/athlete. - tips on how to get out of a performance slum e.g., gain awareness, self-trust.
