Performer vs. Poser

Do you have the confidence to be a performer or does your self esteem push you to be a poser? A confidence building performer on your way towards reaching your goals, dreams and desires. But, on your way towards your goals you will need people to help you. Help via their knowledge, their coaching or even their financial assistance. I call these people your Junto Crew. The key to having an effective individual personal development plan and even a good Junto Crew is to be able to weed out the Performers from the Posers (even when it’s you).
