Pergamum: Choose Repentance Over Tolerance - Audio

Today we look at the letter Jesus wrote to the church at Pergamum through His apostle John. We find a church doing their best to remain true to God in a culture that tries to corrupt them at every turn. Satan attempted to kill the church by way of persecution and death. This only made the church stronger so he changed his tactics. Satan began to attack the church from within by influencing members in the church to allow evil and sin to exist unchecked in the church. He still does that today. Fight against the influence of Satan and this world to compromise on God’s word. Meet fear with faith and tolerance with repentance.
