Perhaps I'll Write a Book, But About WHAT?

Damn, I’ve had a pretty interesting life, so far. And as a humor writer who specializes in politics, I can make it even crazier. I’m considering leveling up and writing a book. Being a published author sounds pretty neat. But where would I even begin? What should I write about? There are several topics I feel that I could do a decent job on:Politics. Humor. Relationships. Parenting. Fuck you, Trump.I’ve thought about writing a book for some time now. About a year into being a full-time, paid writer, it started sounding kind of cool. But I have no idea how the process works. I’m closing in on 100,000 subscribers between Substack and Medium. I hear that helps when dealing with publishing companies.Or there’s always self-publishing. No rules, fewer assholes to deal with. I sort of like being the only prick boss that I have as a writer.Give this one a listen, and I’d love to get some feedback from you all in the comments section.
