Perinatal anxiety - fearing that everything will go wrong

What's the difference between the natural motherly concern that the embryo or baby is fine, and a relentless worry focus on what can possibly go wrong? Future mums consider many things:  their health and the health of their baby economic aspects related to loss of earnings sleep issues weight management existing emotional issues medication relationships And the list never ends! In fact some women will develop anxiety and even have panic attacks as their pregnancy progresses.
