This chat is a month on at the time of recording and then sharing and I am trusting that this needs to come out now and not then. This chat with one of my Besties Pablo (aka Jade) is a flowing, fun. real, deep and slightly squeaky podcast all about Periods, Peri-menopause, PMS and the other things female cycle related. Neither of us are experts in this, we are just riffing with what we know and what we have discovered about ourselves and our cycles and sharing our journeys in the hope it reaches others who have been wondering about their own fluctuating emotions or irregular periods.
