The ladies flash back to 2005-2006 where they are beginning to go through puberty and their first menstrual cycles. They're answering questions like, how did they first learn to put in a tampon?  What is their first period story?   From breaking hymens, to growing pubes, the girls go back in time and chat about what the hell is happening to our bodies at that age. Faith and Rachel open up about their PMDD stories, what PMDD is, how they were diagnosed, the drastic changes it causes in their moods and lives every single month; affecting millions of others worldwide.  They both briefly talk about the way suicide loss has affected their lives as well as their own stories with suicidal ideation and what they’ve done to take care of their mental health.  Please listen with care.
