Permission -  Giving it and receiving it! Often times, we believe permission is something that somebody has to give us.  That's how we were trained as youngsters.  Somebody always had to let us do something because we were too young to make some decisions for ourselves.  As we become older and more responsible for our own lives, I think there is still that residual programming telling us that even though we are older, we still need permission from an outside source. Today, I ask that each of us takes a look at what permissions we need to give ourselves.  What do we need to allow to come out, to unleash, so that we give ourselves the opportunity to become the history makers that we can be, especially in our own lives!  Once we give ourselves permission, then we can have discussions with those who will be affected, and you may not need their permission for you to be you, but in having the conversation, maybe you will get support, and that is sweet!! So, if needed, here you go:  Permission Granted!  Go for it! #theflightofyourlife
