The event known as "Black Light, Neon Night" takes place November 8th in the Chesapeake Central Boathouse. Our guests are Kayla Jenkins and Emily Dawson. Dawson also works with Factory Obscura in OKC's Automobile Alley which is working to partner next year with Perpetual Motion Dance.
