Perry appoints planning commission vice chair

The Perry City Council on Thursday unanimously appoint­ed Stephen Moss to serve as vice chair of the city’s Planning Commission for 2026. Perry City Administrator Robert Barnhill told the coun­cil that Paul White, who had been serving as vice chair, has moved into the chair role for 2026. The planning commission recommended Moss to step into the vice chair position this year, with the expectation he would move into the chair role the following year.
