We know that diet and exercise get the job done, but committing to that requires persistence to see results.Spiritually speaking, many of us desire radical transformation in our lives.  We long for a more intimate relationship with Christ, but are we willing to spend the time in the spiritual gym, persevering in the often hard work of prayer?
