PERSISTENCE IN PRAYER!

Scripture: "Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up." — Luke 18:1 (NIV) Message: Prayer is not just a one-time request; it is a continual act of faith and dependence on God. In Luke 18:1, Jesus teaches us to be persistent in prayer, reminding us that we should never give up, even when answers seem delayed. God values a heart that seeks Him diligently and trusts in His perfect timing. There are moments when we may feel weary, wondering if our prayers are making a difference. But persistence in prayer is an act of faith, demonstrating our trust in God’s promises. Just as a child repeatedly asks a loving parent for help, we are called to approach our Heavenly Father with boldness and confidence. God’s delays are not denials. Sometimes, He answers immediately, while other times, He allows us to wait because He is preparing something greater. Persistent prayer refines our faith, strengthens our relationship with Him, and aligns our hearts with His will. Today, ask yourself: Am I persistent in prayer, or do I give up too easily? How can I deepen my trust in God’s timing and continue seeking Him with unwavering faith? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for the privilege of prayer. Help me to remain steadfast in seeking You, even when answers seem delayed. Strengthen my faith and remind me that You are always working for my good. I trust in Your perfect timing and plan.
