From a funny but real “I’ve-gotta-pee on a group ride” moment to everyday conversations, I show how leading with my needs, finding my voice, and taking up space—without guilt—creates balanced, 50/50 relationships. I offer a practical reframe for advice (“If I were in your shoes, I would…”) and a simple group technique that keeps everyone speaking from their own center.
