Hi peeps! Welcome back!  Today, as a part of our February LOVE month, I dive in to a bit about how I work on loving myself.  Finding my passion and pursuing it.  The signs were always there, leading me to do this healing work, but sometimes the universe has to give us a little nudge here and there. I dive in to my career, how I had a dream on my heart and the push from my family, especially my kiddo to help others the same way we needed help and guidance.  Mental health is the real deal. Anxiety, depression, ADHD... when you work in the field of Social Work and know all the things its one thing, but when it comes to your family, all bets are off.
