Hi Amazing soul!Okay so buckle up... this is the most raw version of me you will ever experience. As spirit has nudged me to share this. (so uncomfortable at first). But this is how I catch myself and address emotions and situations that are not feeling the best. I do a deep dive on how, why, what, where these emotions are appearing from. I never let uncomfortable emotions just pass.. I always recognize them as they have a purpose to serve. Of course they also have a frequency/consciousness of their own. So they need to be honoured.
