-There are four personality colors discussed: BLUE, GREEN, ORANGE, GOLD.
-When Heidi's PMDD symptoms are not active, Blue is her top color and Orange is her second most color.
-When her PMDD symptoms are active, Green is her top color and Gold is her secondary color.
