Memory Verse: "Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified" - Isaiah 43:26 KJV Bible Text: Mark 11:24 KJV 24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. INSPIRATION: It would shock you that many believers do not know why they pray. It's more of a religious obligation for them. As such, when they pray, they may not put their hearts into it or they keep asking God to change and fix things. Whilst the latter is not out of place, God would rather He fixes and changes you first before changing the things you pray to Him about. Fixing you is critical to your destiny and His purposes than fixing things. Do not box God into fixing things like He's some handyman; allow Him fix you, others would fall in line. To fix you, your prayer and thoughts must align to His will and His word. Prayer aligns our spirit with the Holy Spirit. It redirects our attention away from us back to Him. Prayer brings you into the centre of God's will, helps you know the mind of God, so you can speak mysteries from a standpoint of an insider. Once you align in the spirit, God's anointing begins to flow with such pressured intensity that it triggers miracles. Once you align with the Holy Spirit, prayer enriches you with the backing of all the resources of heaven. Prayer alignment positions you as a judge over Satan and his activities. It gives you legislative jurisdiction to enforce God's will while also helping you to boldly legislate in matters beyond this realm. Prayer is a vehicle to uncovering mysteries in the kingdom. TODAY'S TAKE HOME: Never mistake the fact that God's love is best demonstrated by His desire to change you and fit you into alignment with His plans. One instrument He uses to achieve this, is you having a healthy prayer life. PRAYER: O Lord, if You will, please change me from deep within and cause me to fall into alignment with Your plans and purposes for my life, in Jesus name.
