Perth mum bakes iconic Australian Women's Weekly cakes

Perth mother Gabrielle Bray, known as Miss Paddy Bakes, is undertaking a challenge to recreate all 107 birthday cakes from the iconic Australian Women's Weekly Children's Birthday Cake Book within one year. She has completed 18 cakes so far, including the jack-in-the-box and the soccer pitch, with the latter proving most challenging due to difficulties with icing adhering to desiccated coconut.
