Pesachim 75: When Fire Isn't Just Fire

The need for fire in roasting, and the Gemara's reread of the mishnah with an emended text (chisurei mechsera) that turns the mishnah's discussion of a grill on its head, and Rabban Gamliel's instruction to his servant Tavi no longer contradicting the primary position of the mishnah.
