Uma nova edição da pesquisa Qualidade de Vida do Médico, realizada pelo Research & Innovation Center da Afya, maior ecossistema de educação e tecnologia em medicina do Brasil, aponta que cerca de 45% dos médicos convivem com algum quadro de doença mental. Ansiedade, depressão e burnout estão entre os principais diagnósticos, com recortes de gênero que mostram maior vulnerabilidade entre médicas. Os dados reforçam a urgência de cuidar de quem cuida, especialmente diante de jornadas que podem ultrapassar 70 horas semanais e da pressão constante pela excelência.
