Ma che non comporta nessun pericolo sanitario per l’uomo. Il rischio grave per gli umani casomai è economico. Per le pesanti restrizioni sull’export di carni e salumi provenienti dalle zone classificate e per gli impatti su allevamenti e prezzi. Il prosciutto di Parma che ricava dall’export oltre un terzo del suo fatturato, sta già perdendo colpi in Giappone cedendo spazi al concorrente spagnolo Serrano. A Parma sono stati già trovati 33 cinghiali positivi. Un maiale italiano su due viene allevato in Lombardia. E qui sono stati quasi 13mila i maiali colpiti dalla peste suina africana. L’Italia si è mossa in ritardo? E ora che si fa?
