PET 2026 #4: Parallel Line and SAP Joule in Practice with Syntax

Recorded live at the SAP Product Expert Training in St. Leon-Rot, this episode goes straight to the source: a real-world conversation with practitioners in the middle of customer implementations. Fernanda Rodrigues sits down with Joe Livezey, Global Head of Public Cloud Practice at Syntax, and Dennis Leslie, Head of the North American Product Success at SAP, to dig into two topics that matter a lot right now: parallel line strategy and Business AI adoption in SAP Cloud ERP. Dennis breaks down what parallel line actually is, why it's essential for any active implementation cycle, and how it protects your production environment. Joe shares concrete use cases from the field — from multi-division rollouts to data migration — and explains why merging back to the main line needs planning from day one. The conversation then shifts to AI: how Joule for Consultants is delivering 20%+ efficiency gains at Syntax, what SAP-managed Joule means for setup complexity, and where Joule Studio 2.0 and Joule Work are headed next. Honest feedback from customers included.
