Bay Area director Pete Lee dreams of highlighting modern issues through martial arts storytelling. His latest short "Don't Be A Hero" was nominated for a Grand Jury prize at both SXSW and Sundance and he's now working on an action movie that takes place in Chinatown. We ask Pete if shorts still matter and how getting recognized by a big festival contribute to a career in filmmaking.
