Pete Steinberg is an amazing human being and I'm stoked to bring this interview to you this week!  As a former U.S., international, and Olympic sports coach and commentator for major outlets such as CBS, ESPN, and Fox Sports, Pete has a track record of bringing teams to victory. He led the USA Women's Rugby Team to two World Cups and the Rio Olympics and has coached the Penn State Women, MARFU Men, and Temple Women rugby teams to 11 National Championships. Pete brings his experience in elite sport to his work as President of Innovative Thought, where he supports clients in the areas of innovation, leadership, strategic planning, marketing, recruiting, and organizational development.
