I know the flowers are just blooming and we’re getting some warmer days but this is also the time when we start to think about summer and in Portland that means outdoor music festival time. I also know you have to plan ahead and that’s why once again, Peter Dammann, Artistic Director of the Waterfront Blues Festival is on the podcast to tell us about all of the artists he’s booked this year.
