Since 1991, Peter has worked as a Muppet performer for Sesame Street, starting out as an assistant and background puppeteer, before inheriting the roles of Ernie and Herry Monster and performing Julia's dad Daniel. With The Muppets, he performs the role of Walter and took on the roles of Robin the Frog, Lips, Statler, Link Hogthrob and others.
