Millions of Americans will either become new pet owners or receive a pet as a holiday gift. But too many go into pet ownership without a real understanding of the joys and responsibilities that come with it. Dr. Michael Bailey, President of the American Veterinary Medical Association, discussed the issue with Manny Munoz.
