Sassy and Dallas are my babies, not “just my dogs.” Someone said that about Sassy when I first moved to Denver and I thought Jim was going to lose it I’ve now met two vets who really love Griefhab and recognize their clients need for support when they lose a furry family member. Veterinarians do more for their clients than doctors and funeral homes do for theirs. I said it -July is Bereaved Parents Month. Parents receive absolutely nothing when they lose a child. I received absolutely nothing when I lost Jim. Not even a piece of paper with phone numbers. Veterinarians immediately connect you with The Rainbow Bridge. And they’re actively looking to do more. They’re thrilled to hear about Griefhab. While hospitals and funeral homes are turning Griefhab away.
