He currently works for the Strategic Resiliency Group (https://www.srgadaptive.com/). We discuss his transition story and the moves and decision-making he used when transitioning from active duty into the reserves to AGR (Active Guard/Reserves) and then to his new opportunity.  Josey is one of the many warriors I served with whom will be highlighted in SSG (R) Joe Troutman's book, which we discussed in Episode #77 (https://www.spreaker.com/episode/pffl-e-77-joe-troutman-blackhawk-company-1-23--58951819).I think this is a great conversation.
