Nicole Virzi faces charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children for the death of Leon Katz in Pittsburgh. Virzi is a Ph.D. candidate at San Diego State University in psychology. Police say she harmed Leon's twin brother and when he was at the hospital with his parents, she caused Leon's death.
