Bio: Bio: Born in Iowa and thriving in California, Necessary Noise is the project of frontman and songwriter Jordan Pascual. Pascual writes and performs everything in NN, as well as mixes, produces, and engineers. Founded Pascual's senior year of high school in 2012, Necessary Noise started out as a pop-punk band, but has since evolved into writing more complicated, yet memorable tunes. Reminiscent of mid-2000's emo bands My Chemical Romance and Brand New, Necessary Noise hits a lot of pop-punk/emo cues, but also has great variety, experimenting with the range between ballads and metal. With engaging hooks & melodies and intricate guitar work, Necessary Noise's goal in music seems simple: Make the music, and the noise, a necessary experience. Info: Basically, the easiest way to put this is that I'm an audio engineer, musician, technician, and just all around music dude. I'm currently in the stages of editing and mixing quite a feat: a 48 song 3 album concept of Necessary Noise songs. Been working on that for the past couple years here, and just slowly getting shingles done. The storyline is a multi-layered concept that involves reality vs. dreams, mental health, coping with grief and loss, existentialism, and redemption. Well it's a pretty heavy concept, it's pretty easy to grasp song by song, and each song is supposed to stand on its own musically/lyrically, while also tying into a bigger theme episodically.
